Your login ID is your username followed by your Site ID:

username@siteID

Your Site ID is the short code for your organisation. For example, if you are a customer of GatiSoftTech, your Site ID is amicus — so you would sign in as yourname@amicus.

Enter your password as usual. If you are not sure of your Site ID, please contact your administrator or our support team.
